About
At 300 metres, Abeno Harukas was Japan's tallest building from 2014 until 2023, and its Harukas 300 observatory occupies the top three floors, glass-wrapped from floor to ceiling. Reached from the Abeno district south of central Osaka, the deck offers an unbroken 360-degree view over the city's grid, Osaka Bay and, on clear days, as far as the mountains of Kobe and Nara. An outdoor terrace section lets visitors step into the open air at height.
